1. Set up multiple alarms

Start by setting up multiple alarms, possibly separated. Set your alarms to different corners of the room. If the alarm is at your fingertip, you may close it without even realizing it, it happens every day thousands of people. Set your alarm so in a place that will require a shift from you.

It is rarely awakened by an alarm only. The first alarm will play just a catalyst. The second alarm will wake you up, and the third will make you move the bed. Also put a final emergency alarm. 2. Encourage you to wake up
